About Brittany
I have always had a passion for caring and supporting people in any way I can. After becoming a mother myself, I realized how challenging yet incredible the transformation into motherhood can be. This fueled my desire to do everything in my power to support other mothers, including offering emotional support and providing nourishing meals for them and their families. Cooking and baking have been a love language of mine since I was surrounded by grandmothers growing up, and I find great joy in sharing this with others.
In my professional life, I have a background in Occupational Therapy and mental health. This has given me an acute awareness of the importance of roles, habits, routines, and healthy lifestyle practices that are necessary for optimal physical and mental health. I am confident that this experience has prepared me well to help women create or adjust their habits and routines to ensure that they can meet their needs while feeling comfortable caring for their new little one.
